Hi, I’m Sam.

I currently work as a Senior Insight Manager at the Met Police.

Previously I spent 5 years at research agencies, leading projects for global companies including Tesco and Just Eat.

I’ve always felt there is a big disconnect within the research industry: people deem outside thinking to be a low priority, and yet it is so valuable – it’s what makes good work great.

So I created Uncommon Thread to make it easier for researchers – and marketers – to access this thinking, and get inspired.
